My Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to you. I use evidence-based methods and draw on a range of specialist models—including CBT, schema therapy, narrative work, attachment, and trauma-informed approaches—to best support your unique needs. By blending these different techniques, I aim to help you work towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

This flexible approach allows therapy to be a personal and inclusive experience, respecting your individual challenges and what matters most to you in your healing journey.

I will work with you to understand and explore the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll look at what isn’t working well for you and find ways to reduce your distress while building stronger coping skills.

Research shows that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors for positive therapy outcomes.I aim to provide a warm, compassionate, and safe space where we can build a trusting and supportive connection.

Our work will be collaborative, ensuring your needs are heard and met throughout the therapy process, so you always feel acknowledged and supported on your journey.
