Session Information

  • Getting Started

To get started I offer a brief consultation over the phone before making an initial appointment with you. This offers an opportunity for me to hear about your difficulties and the therapy needs you have. During this you can ask me any questions you may have before we schedule a first appointment. Following this, I will send you a document to complete for information purposes and contact details. This will also detail how the process of therapy works.

Call or email Dr Yllka Krasniqi Morina for a free 15 minute consultation now

  • Session Information

All sessions are currently being facilitated digitally (by your preferred medium usually zoom). All appointments will be 50 minutes and cost £130 per session.

I accept private medical insurance and am registered with several private medical insurers.  Depending on your preferences and needs, appointments will typically be at the same time each week however I can offer more flexibility should you require this depending on availability.

  • Accepted Medical Insurance

I am registered with the following medical insurance companies:

    • AXA PPP
    • Aviva
    • Bupa
    • WPA
    • Vitality
    • Cigna

  • Cancellation Policy

It is very understandable that things can come up unexpectedly sometimes which means you may not be able to attend, where possible I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full fee. I will always try to be as flexible as I can and offer you an alternative appointment however this may not always be possible due to my schedule and availability.

  • Confidentiality

All discussions are confidential and will not be shared with anybody else without your consent. There are exceptions to this confidentiality where risk is present.

I am unable to provide an urgent or crisis service, if you need this kind of support, the NHS operates Crisis teams nationally. Crisis teams offer 24/7 support for those in a mental health crisis. You can find the details of your local service at: https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/other-services/Urgent Care/LocationSearch/1824

You can also present to A&E or contact emergency services by phone if you need immediate support.
